Website Terms
Effective August 22, 2026 · Veld, LLC
Products may have product-specific terms. Fleck is governed by the Fleck Terms of Use. Consulting services require a separate written agreement; viewing this site or emailing Veld does not create a consulting relationship.
Acceptance and scope
These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Veld corporate website operated by Veld, LLC (“Veld,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the corporate website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Informational website
The corporate site provides general information about Veld, its products, and its consulting approach. Website content is not legal, financial, medical, employment, security, compliance, or other professional advice. It is not a proposal, guarantee, or promise that a product or service is available, suitable, or will produce a particular result.
No consulting relationship or contractual confidentiality
Visiting the site, following a link, or contacting Veld does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or consulting relationship. Unless Veld has signed a separate written agreement that says otherwise, an inquiry does not create a contractual confidentiality obligation or obligate Veld to evaluate, return, or act on submitted material. Veld handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated data, or other sensitive material through a general inquiry.
Separate agreements
Any consulting assessment, implementation, support, product purchase, subscription, pilot, or other paid service is governed by the applicable written agreement, order, statement of work, product terms, or app-store terms. If those terms conflict with these Website Terms for that transaction or product, the more specific terms control.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; scrape or burden the site in an abusive manner; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or others’ rights.
Intellectual property
The site and its original text, design, branding, graphics, and other content are owned by Veld or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Veld grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the site for its intended informational purpose. No other license is granted. “Veld,” product names, logos, and related marks may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party websites, app stores, providers, or resources. Veld does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue site content or functionality at any time. We may also correct errors and update descriptions without notice. Product, pilot, and service availability can change and should be confirmed directly with Veld.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the corporate website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Veld disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veld and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the corporate website. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Veld’s aggregate liability arising from the corporate website will not exceed US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the corporate website will be brought in state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
